Is the online payment system secure?

Flowerworks.co.uk is a secure site. When you go from the trolley to the checkout, you'll see the address change to 'https' and you'll see the secure padlock icon in your browser. Our SSL security certificate is provided by RAPID - an international front-runner in web security certification.

How do I order online?

1. Visit one of the flower categories on the left of the screen.

2. When you find flowers you want to buy, chose the price and click the Buy button.

3. Repeat Step 2 & 3 to continue shopping.

4. Amend your shopping cart if you need to.

5. Click "Check Out" Button to proceed to order details.

6. Click through the checkout, completing the required information as you go.

7. Provide your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards.

8. At the end of the checkout, click the Place Order button.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can phone your order through if you prefer. 1. Use the site to find the flowers you want to buy

2. Click the enlarge button and you'll see the flower code

3. Call us on 0845 6120207 and quote this flower code.

Can the orders be fulfilled all the time?

Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item that is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.

When is my card charged?

Your card will not be charged until your flowers are ready for dispatch.

How far in advance can I place an order?

You can place an order as far in advance as you wish.

Can I order more than one item at a time online?

You can if they are all being sent to the same person. But if you want to send more than one gift to more than one person, the easiest way is to put through each order separately.

Can I collect my flowers personally?

Yes you can! We're open Mon-Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm.
